Job Summary
Provide exceptional nursing care to residents by administering medications, performing procedures such as catheterization and dressing changes, and evaluating their physical and emotional status daily. Ensure resident rights are protected while completing required record-keeping forms and conducting nursing reports at shift transitions. Investigate complaints and grievances, then report findings to the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses. Implement recommended changes as directed by nursing leadership and adhere to all facility policies and standards. Maintain a professional image with residents and families through appropriate dress, behavior, and speech.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
