Job Summary
Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement therapy programs designed by the BCBA to teach skills that meet functional goals and needs. Complete progress notes in the data collection system and collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation. This part-time evening role requires 15-20 hours per week from Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Candidates must hold an active RBT certification, pass a criminal background check, and possess reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have consistent, reliable transportation
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be available for weekends as needed
- Must be available for Monday-Friday after school hours
- Must be available for 15-20 hours per week
