Job Summary
Serve as a primary resource for managers and employees regarding workplace concerns, conducting investigations and recommending resolutions. Lead performance review processes, coach leaders on development and accountability, and manage the discipline and termination workflows. Coordinate annual engagement surveys, develop action plans, and implement initiatives to support retention and satisfaction. Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, drive candidate experiences, and ensure organizational charts and job titles remain current. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate employee records and partnering with payroll and HRIS teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting employee relations and performance management
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple position types
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- Team-oriented with the ability to flex in support of timelines and assist other HR team members as needed
- Positive attitude
- Experience maintaining strict confidence regarding sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 25% travel
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Full-Time employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Experience in distribution, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environments
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce or similar systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish
