Job Summary
Operate and develop partner practices in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg by analyzing billing, staffing, and patient flow. Partner with practice teams to implement optimization measures and serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries. Report to the Head of Operations with clear KPIs and actionable recommendations while contributing to network-wide standardization and quality assurance projects. Travel across the region for daily visits and occasional two-day blocks. Based in Munich with home office options, this role supports our network in becoming more professional, efficient, and attractive to staff.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Praxismanager:in, ZMV oder in vergleichbarer Führungsrolle in einer Zahnarztpraxis oder einem MVZ
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der zahnärztlichen Abrechnung (BEMA, GOZ) und/oder Praxisverwaltung
- Erfahrung im Personalmanagement: Dienstplanung, Konfliktlösung, Mitarbeiterführung
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Bayerns und Baden-Württembergs (Tageseinsätze, gelegentlich 2 Tage am Stück)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Praxissoftware (z.B. Dampsoft, Charly oder Z1)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement (QM) in medizinischen Einrichtungen
