Job Summary
Oversee the holistic daily office experience in Seattle, maintaining a visible, approachable presence that ensures employees and visitors feel genuinely welcomed. Direct and coordinate embedded vendors including food, facilities, and events to deliver seamless hospitality, while providing operational oversight to on-site partners and managing escalations. Establish and maintain office operating standards by monitoring utilization, feedback, and service quality to identify improvement opportunities and develop scalable playbooks. Mentor Office Managers within the region to ensure consistency of standards across proximate offices and act as the primary voice of the office to guide employees through workplace navigation. Partner closely with Security, IT, and local leaders to support high-visibility visits, offsites, and strategic gatherings, adapting local experiences to maintain alignment with Airbnb culture and values.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, employee engagement, operations, or related fields
- Experience owning and executing programs, events, or operational experiences end-to-end
- Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating thoughtful and high-quality experiences
- Experience managing vendors, operational partners, or service delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and leadership levels
- Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and operational execution skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- This role is expected to be based in-office full-time in our Seattle office, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends in support of events and gatherings.
