Regional Workplace Manager, Region South

Lead a regional team of Workplace Managers and Workplace Coordinators to deliver an exceptional workplace experience across a geographically dispersed portfolio (10 countries). Set up and onboard new offices, coordinate with landlords and internal/external stakeholders, and ensure sites meet global standards and local requirements. Maintain and inspect sites to a high standard, develop and implement policies with Global Workplace and Facilities, and roll out Health and Safety, Sustainability and DEI initiatives in collaboration with Security, People, and Sustainability teams. Manage vendor relationships with Integrated Facilities Management to ensure safe, compliant workspaces and service levels. Own annual regional Opex budgets with monitoring of variances and expenses. Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and exceptional communication in English are essential, along with willingness to travel to in-region locations and to support office relocations and openings. Comfortable with remote collaboration using digital tools (GSuite, Slack, Zoom). This role requires an experienced leader capable of guiding in-country Workplace Managers to perform at their best and to drive a cohesive regional workplace strategy.
