Job Summary
Conduct wellness education and connect residents to supportive services and resources within affordable housing communities in East Boston and Chelsea, MA. Deliver non-clinical care to older adults as part of a team expanding the Resident Services program. Maintain current and active Massachusetts RN or LPN licensure with 2–3 years of community setting experience. Demonstrate strong communication skills and working knowledge of area healthcare plans and community resources. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Earn $40/hr for 16 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active MA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- 2–3 years of experience in a community setting (e.g., senior supportive housing, community health center, public health, or managed care case management)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors and persons with disabilities a plus
- Demonstrated working knowledge of area healthcare plans, supportive services and other community resources
- Strong communication, organization, writing and computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
