Job Summary
Oversee implementation of wellness processes, systems, and programs across nursing departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Provide on-site and remote daily support to communities, including filling for Wellness Director vacancies, training department heads, and assisting with EMR/EMAR system adoption. Deliver clinical oversight by auditing quality assurance plans, conducting site visits, and managing corrective actions for regulatory findings. Collaborate with community leaders and the executive wellness team to advance resident-centered initiatives and new program rollouts. Available for after-hours support, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts as needed, with up to 75% travel between states.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a compact license or licensed with either of the following: A baccalaureate degree in nursing and a minimum of two (2) years of full time, or the equivalent of full-time, clinical experience in nursing, at least one year of which shall be in a home healthcare agency or Community health program that included care of the sick at home; or A diploma or associate's degree in nursing and at least four (4) years of full-time, or the equivalent of full-time, clinical experience ...
- Experience and passion in working with older adults.
- Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Able to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, community team members, peers and AgeWell Solvere Living team members.
- In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.
- Able to spend long periods of time walking or standing.
- Able to react quickly and accurately in any situation.
- Ability to travel between states up to 75% of the time.
- Must be available for weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Must be available to work on shifts other than the one for which hired.
- Must be available to work extended hours (up to 16 hours per day).
- Background, criminal, and drug tests may be required.
- May be subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis B & C viruses.
- Could be subject to hostile and emotionally upset Residents due to mental status.
