Job Summary
Regional VP Sales responsible for leading the sales strategy and directing regional teams to achieve organizational sales goals across geographies/segments. Key duties include participating in sales calls with managers, developing and managing sales forecasting and targets, aligning with leadership and sales operations, optimizing geographic assignments, conducting market analyses to inform strategies, tracking industry trends, partnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer experience), leading regular sales meetings, acting as escalation contact for issues, identifying process improvements, and ensuring adherence to budgets and work plans. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, 7+ years of management experience, and willingness to travel ~50%. The role involves direct reports, travel, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
