Regional VP of Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary
Serve as a corporate liaison with gaming regulators, IRS, and internal departments to manage compliance issues and ensure strong communication across all levels. Direct property compliance departments and staff, overseeing daily Title 31 audits, CTR/SAR filings, and anti-money laundering risk assessments. Manage responses to regulatory findings, internal and external audits, and self-reporting of non-compliance issues while enforcing gaming laws and internal controls. Oversee the self-exclusion/DAP program, IT system submissions, and regional reporting plans to maintain industry integrity. Requires a Bachelor's degree, ten years of gaming or banking experience, and ability to work irregular hours and travel. Available for onsite work in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ten years of gaming or banking experience
- Strong knowledge of BSA Title 31 AML regulations
- Strong knowledge of gaming operations, regulations, internal controls and general information systems
- Strong knowledge in the use of gaming and AML-related systems
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to research and organize information
- Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Must be available to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV
- Must be willing to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- CAMS certification preferred
