Job Summary
Regional Vice President of Operations responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple senior living communities in PA/GA, developing and executing operating plans, ensuring quality care, driving revenue, and managing budgets. Lead community management teams, recruit and develop leadership, establish sales and revenue goals, review financial performance, ensure compliance with quality care standards and regulatory requirements, build strategic partnerships, and drive continuous improvement. Requires 7+ years of senior leadership experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare operations, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication and financial acumen, proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, willingness to travel up to 75%, and eligibility to live in PA or GA. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare, hospitality, or related field
- At least 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to manage time effectively, initiative, good judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with hiring and building a community leadership team
- Experience building partnerships within the medical and local community
- Experience overseeing acquisitions or new building openings is a plus
- Availability to travel within the assigned region up to 75%
- Must live in market PA or GA
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
