Job Summary
The Regional Vice President (VP) of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for clinic operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant healthcare services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for clinical operations, overseeing daily operations of multiple clinics, monitoring clinical workflows, leading and mentoring clinical leaders, driving quality improvement initiatives, managing regional budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in healthcare operations and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple locations.
- Proven experience in leading clinical teams and managing complex healthcare operations.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical practices, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
