Job Summary

Drive regional cardiovascular standards by standardizing best practices, implementing innovative care models, and facilitating integration across the Hudson Valley and Western Connecticut. Oversee clinical, operational, and strategic oversight for the Division of Cardiology at Danbury and New Milford Hospitals, ensuring highest patient care standards, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Balance approximately 50% effort toward clinical cardiology with strategic planning for program growth, technology adoption, and service expansion while supporting the academic mission of training and research. Serve as a key liaison between site-based cardiology and the broader Northwell Cardiovascular Institute to elevate cardiovascular services across the system.

Required Qualifications

  • Board-certified cardiologist (any sub-specialty)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience
