Job Summary
Drive new revenue by selling Nexity hardware and software solutions across multiple verticals, prioritizing opportunities that generate both upfront hardware sales and long-term recurring revenue through transaction fees and SaaS subscriptions. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on maximizing total contract value, identifying opportunities to optimize pricing, payment flows, and transaction capture. Act as a trusted advisor to owners, operators, and developers by positioning Nexity as a platform that enhances the arrival-to-departure experience while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Build and manage a strong pipeline within Salesforce, accurately forecast performance against revenue and margin targets, and partner with internal teams to develop compelling, data-driven proposals using Proposify. Represent Towne Park and Nexity at industry events and client meetings to generate demand. This role requires an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong financial and technical acumen to translate complex technology into clear, revenue-generating outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the East Coast region
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience selling in commercial real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or transportation sectors
- Demonstrated success in a hunter-style, quota-carrying role
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structures, and contract negotiation
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close complex deals that combine hardware sales with long-term SaaS and transaction-based revenue streams
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, ROI analysis, and pricing strategy
- Ability to structure proposals that optimize total contract value, including hardware, SaaS, and transaction fee components
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experienced with CRM platforms, including Salesforce
