Job Summary
Lead the deployment, governance, and sustainment of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) across all manufacturing sites within the assigned region, translating global strategy into consistent execution and standardized deployment. Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to Site VOS Managers while ensuring compliance with global standards, Tier Accountability, and the Order-to-Fulfillment Operating Model. Monitor regional performance through KPIs, drive root cause analysis for operational risks, and foster organizational capability through structured training, succession planning, and cross-site knowledge sharing. Ensure long-term maturity by governing readiness for VOS Capability Assessments and embedding a culture of continuous improvement that delivers measurable results in safety, quality, and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, Lean, or continuous improvement
- Minimum of 5 years leading multi-site or regional operational excellence, Lean, or manufacturing organizations
- Proven experience deploying and sustaining manufacturing operating systems across multiple manufacturing sites
- Experience working within global organizations and cross-functional, matrix environments
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience leading large-scale operational transformation and driving measurable business results
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operating systems, including Daily Management, Tier Accountability, Strategy Deployment, Leader Standard Work, 5S, Standard Work, TPM, Material Flow, and Visual Management
- Experience integrating operational excellence into end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving organizational change and influencing senior leadership
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and operational dashboards to drive performance improvements
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, Power BI, or similar manufacturing systems
