Job Summary
Define and execute regional growth strategy aligned with national objectives, identifying market expansion opportunities and strategic account partnerships. Own regional P&L performance, margin improvement, and revenue quality while driving pricing discipline and portfolio management. Lead and develop District Managers, establishing succession planning and talent pipelines to build a cohesive regional leadership team. Maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners, representing GWT at industry events and strategic engagements. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities and lead post-acquisition integration of people, clients, and operations to ensure continuity of service. Serve as the regional interface with corporate functions, translating industry trends into actionable strategy and championing adoption of company systems and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 18–25+ years of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related industries
- Demonstrated success leading multi-district or multi-market organizations
- Proven P&L leadership and strategic growth execution
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and market insight
- CWT designation preferred
- Frequent travel across the assigned region
- Availability outside standard business hours
- Overnight travel periodically
- Ability to walk, stand, and move within client facilities
- Ability to travel extensively by automobile and air
- Ability to lift and carry equipment or materials up to approximately 25–50 pounds on an occasional basis
