Job Summary
Oversee multiple assisted living communities in Florida by directing operations, managing General Managers, and balancing staffing with profitability. Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while leading Executive Directors and implementing strategic initiatives. Conduct weekly sales calls, participate in semi-annual marketing planning, and produce monthly progress reports to review productivity and census. Approve budget variances, special compensation adjustments, and capital expenditures, while ensuring resident safety and enforcing corporate policies. Travel up to 90% of the time to support regions and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' experience with running a successful Senior Housing community or region

- Tactful, mature

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with Medicaid
- Knowledge of customer relations management programs such as reps/matrix care, salesforce, Sherpa
- Advanced knowledge of office technology including MS Office
- Understanding of budgeting process including expense and occupancy forecasting
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented; willingness to pitch in and help out
- Self-motivated; takes initiative
- Good judgment: ability to prioritize and work independently
- Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities
