Regional Vice President, Sales - West Coast

Regional Vice President of Sales to lead RTL origination growth across the West Coast. Role oversees both borrower direct (retail) originators and third-party (broker/indirect) business development professionals responsible for sourcing RTL opportunities through real estate investors, mortgage brokers, lenders, and referral partners. Drive regional production growth, market expansion, client acquisition, and profitability while ensuring alignment with credit quality standards. Key duties include leading and developing a team of retail loan originators and broker-focused professionals; executing regional sales strategies to increase market share, production volume, and profitability; building relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, lenders, and referral partners; expanding private money and business purpose lending; achieving regional production goals, revenue targets, and KPIs; recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining sales talent; conducting pipeline reviews, forecasting, and using CRM analytics; coordinating with Operations, Underwriting, Capital Markets, Marketing, and Business Acquisition teams; representing the company at industry events; maintaining profitability and credit quality balance across channels; fostering accountability and performance excellence; regular sales meetings and development sessions.
