Job Summary

Regional Vice President of Sales, FSI - US (remote-first) leading a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives focused on North American banking and insurance, driving revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including 5 years focused on sales into financial services, banking, insurance, and/or fintech and at least 2 years in sales management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals in financial services, banking, insurance and/or fintech
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
