Regional Vice President, Respiratory (Denver, CO/Chicago, IL)

Job Summary

Oversee and direct a regional sales team for all Respiratory sales activity, managing Territory Managers and Associate Managers to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and new product adoption. Develop regional business plans consistent with Olympus goals, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and establish budget and annual compensation/incentive programs. Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports while providing supervision through field visits, performance reviews, and periodic regional sales meetings. Maintain competitive knowledge of enabling technologies including navigation, SVS, EBUS, and Core/Accessory products to create and adjust sales strategies. Support relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks to drive strategic growth and ensure full participation in the CRM program. Manage up to 75% domestic travel and work across different time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a proven successful Medical Sales Representative in a related field
  • Medical device experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with physicians and all levels of hospital administration
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and following quarterly and annual business plans
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor and drive results from a team to achieve set objectives
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g Salesforce)
  • Excellent oral and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills Word, Outlook, Excel
