Job Summary
Regional VP of Practice Operations is responsible for all facets of practice operations and strategic business development for a portfolio of dermatology practices, including daily operations, staffing, marketing, financial analysis and oversight; collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to enhance profitability and efficiency, drive clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and growth initiatives; onboard new practices with the integration team, support market presence and branding, monitor performance and budgets, and provide recommendations to improve productivity and service lines; requires strong financial management background, experience with proformas and contracting, and travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 7+ years’ experience in Medical Practice Management (private practice) Required
- Strong background in financial management and analysis including development of proformas, contracting, business development and physician relations
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment with financial and operational data to identify opportunities to improve performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to negotiate and build relationships with physicians, physician groups, other healthcare professionals and hospital partners
