Job Summary
Effectively measure and track property-level leasing performance to meet owner and budget objectives while overseeing the profitable operation of all apartment communities in the AZ and NV regions. Manage regional portfolio managers and site associates in accordance with local, state, and federal employment laws, ensuring compliance with fair housing, OSHA requirements, and real estate licensing regulations. Proactively communicate with owners on portfolio performance, actively seek new business opportunities, and monitor training compliance for all associates. Lead and mentor the regional team, handle complex daily operational matters, and report on new business growth to drive regional and corporate P&L goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a Regional Vice President in the multifamily management field
- 7+ Years in the multi family Industry
- Act as liaison between ownership and management teams to support operational objectives
- Lead, mentor, coach, and take managerial responsibility for regional team and onsite associates
- Oversee budgeting and reporting
- Manage the marketing and leasing efforts for all properties in the portfolio
- Manage complex operational matters on a daily basis
- Experience with Onboarding/Offboarding properties
- State of CA Real Estate License
- Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Must have a valid driver's license
