Regional Vice President of Strategic Relations

Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of accounts to achieve an annual revenue goal of $5 million in year one, scaling to $10 million in year two. Design and manage regional committees to drive the region's strategic plan, identifying and leveraging strategic volunteer leadership relationships. Develop and execute strategies for key regional initiatives from concept to implementation, collaborating with staff to coordinate efforts across the Southwest region. Cultivate innovative relationships with new and existing partners to identify sponsorship opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment where diverse functions work toward mission and revenue goals. Complete additional duties as assigned consistent with the scope of the role. This office-based hybrid position requires 50% travel throughout Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years spent in a development capacity at a similar non-profit organization
- 3 years leading staff, preferably development or fundraising staff
- Experience leading and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-suite level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel throughout the Southwest region approximately 50% of the time, including Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving
