Job Summary
Regional Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region based in the United Kingdom, accountable for revenue growth across EMEA including budget management, pipeline development, and sales execution with a strong emphasis on net-new business acquisition. Lead and develop a high-performing direct sales team and a robust channel partner ecosystem, drive go-to-market strategy, forecast accurately, manage the EMEA sales budget, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Requires a proven track record in enterprise IT/SaaS sales, channel/partner management, and the ability to travel up to 50% across EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience
- 5+ years in a sales leadership or management role (VP/RVP or equivalent)
- deep experience selling complex enterprise subscription software or SaaS solutions
- meaningful channel and partner management experience within EMEA (recruiting/activating resellers, MSSPs, or systems integrators)
- experience navigating multi-stakeholder procurement cycles and six- to seven-figure deal sizes
- ability to travel up to 50%+ across EMEA
- based in the United Kingdom
- proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams to meet/exceed targets
- strong executive relationships with regional partners and distributors
- data-driven forecaster with clear quarterly planning
