Regional Vice President of Property Management

Job Summary
Provide executive leadership for a regional portfolio of properties, ensuring alignment with core values, SOPs, and strategic objectives. Facilitate quarterly asset review meetings with Regional Directors, review annual budgets for accuracy, and inspect sites regularly to maintain operational standards. Own direct supervision of the assigned portfolio, mentor and develop Regional Directors through coaching and evaluation processes, and lead hiring decisions for onsite teams. Manage employee conflicts, host training sessions, and collaborate with the Centralization team to ensure consistent service delivery. Support business development efforts by identifying new management opportunities and building relationships with owners and clients. Travel 30-50% to assess potential acquisitions and evaluate service delivery across the multi-state portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 10+ years of multifamily property management experience
- oversight of a multi-site portfolio of more than 3000 units
- Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance
