Job Summary
Regional Vice President of Operations leading operations for the Eastern market across 160+ physician offices and 600+ providers. Responsible for directing and integrating administrative and clinical services, developing a standardized operating infrastructure, supporting acquisitions and front-end revenue cycle activities, and ensuring exceptional patient experience and provider satisfaction. Collaborates with Regional Medical Director and hospital service line leaders to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, budget targets, physician engagement, and financial performance while fostering a patient-centered culture, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. Requires advanced degree such as MBA/MHA preferred and substantial management experience in large physician organizations; strong leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or MHA preferred
- 8-12 years of increasingly responsible management experience in large physician organizations
- experience with hospital-owned or sponsored physician networks ideal
- experience in physician practice acquisition and integration and practice development preferred
- strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and operational execution skills
- ability to manage both administrative and clinical services
- focus on patient experience, service excellence, and regulatory compliance
