Job Summary
Lead and manage overall operations for multiple skilled nursing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, adherence to policy/procedure, and achievement of financial goals through monitoring performance of community leadership, providing direction/resources, and developing staff to ensure successful outcomes. Supports upcoming acquisitions in the region with undefined exact community assignments. Requires multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and an ACTIVE Administratora0License in North Carolina; travel to facilities in North Carolina is required. Required Qualifications
