Job Summary
Oversee operations of multiple skilled nursing communities in North Carolina, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial goals, and staff development. Lead and develop multi-site management teams, support upcoming acquisitions in the region, and align operations with community policies and procedures. Requires active North Carolina Administrator’s license, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and the ability to travel to facilities in NC. Senior leadership experience in healthcare/long-term care and strong emphasis on process improvement, governance, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Active Administrator’s License in the state of North Carolina
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or one to two years’ related experience and/or training
- Must be able to travel to facilities in North Carolina
