Job Summary
Lead regional operations for multiple skilled nursing communities. Drive regulatory compliance, ensure adherence to community policy and procedure, monitor financial performance to meet goals, and provide feedback, direction, resources, and staff development to achieve successful outcomes. Support upcoming acquisitions in the region. Requires active NC Administrator license and willingness to travel to facilities across North Carolina. Required Qualifications
- ACTIVE Administrator’s License in North Carolina
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
