Job Summary
Oversee all operations and fiscal oversight for 13+ Senior Housing communities across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Lead through vision and values for resident and team-member well-being, quality assurance, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Drive the region to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals while understanding legal documents for project acquisition and development. Measure process effectiveness, provide timely operating reports, and collaborate to implement infrastructure plans for rapid growth. Motivate a high-performance management team, recruit and retain members, and mentor leadership. Supervise multiple Executive Directors to ensure high customer satisfaction and outstanding attention to detail in resident care.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of strong operational experience working with the elderly in an assisted living, skilled nursing, or hospital environment
- Must have experience managing multiple retirement, assisted living, and/or memory care communities
- Must be able to maintain composure during stressful and emergent situations
- Must be approachable, fair-minded, and able to communicate with clarity while showing confidence and enthusiasm
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate mission and vision
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Gerontology, Business or another related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
- Working knowledge of basic accounting terminology and processes with strong financial judgement
