Job Summary
Regional Vice President of Operations responsible for Full P&L oversight of Fixed Operations across assigned dealership locations in the NY/NJ region, driving attainment of budget, implementing monthly operational reviews, and ensuring SOP compliance. Oversees maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of locations, supports whole goods and lease/rental operations, and leads Parts and Service Departments with regular travel to all assigned locations. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred; 8+ years in the industry/dealership environment and 8+ years in a leadership role. Travel to multiple locations and strategic leadership, with focus on cultural mindset, adherence to factory programs (e.g., International Prestige Standards, Isuzu Circle of Excellence), and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
- At least 8 years’ experience in the industry / dealership environment
- At least 8 years' experience in a leadership role
