Regional Vice President

Job Summary
Lead and support multiple Interstate Parking markets within your assigned region by coaching General Managers and market leadership teams to drive operational excellence. Oversee regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and profitability, while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and exceptional customer service across all locations. Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, and municipalities, serving as the primary escalation point for operational and service-related matters. Partner with executive leadership to develop regional strategies, support new business initiatives, and lead the onboarding of new locations and acquisitions. Conduct regular market visits to strengthen client relationships, analyze data for continuous improvement, and champion technology adoption for better decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, property management, retail, or another customer-focused industry
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple locations, markets, or business units
- Proven success managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, revenue growth, and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams
- Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
- Comfortable using technology, reporting tools, and business systems to support operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems
