Job Summary
Engage with potential wealth management clients via Zoom, phone, and in-person meetings to assess needs and present tailored solutions. Own the sales pipeline from initiation to conversion, leveraging financial expertise and organizational resources to drive sales momentum. Act as a self-motivated leader within a high-visibility arm of the organization, building relationships with clients across the U.S. while maintaining flexibility for travel. Requires a Series 65 or 66 license, 5+ years of financial services sales experience, and proficiency in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services
- Series 65 or Series 66 license required
- CFP (Certified Financial Planning) designation preferred
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience building relationships with and understanding the needs of potential clients
- Self-motivated, highly coachable attitude with a growth-oriented mindset and drive
- Deep understanding of financial services industry and investment management
- Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
- Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments
- Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to travel
- Availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM
- Ability to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period
Desired Qualifications
- CFP (Certified Financial Planning) designation preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Series 65 or Series 66 license required – unless you hold one of the following designations and it qualifies for an exemption to the series 65 in the applicable state(s): Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC)
