Job Summary
Champion Window is seeking a skilled Regional Vice President to manage several divisions with a focus on sales growth and profit margins. Responsibilities include strategic planning for sales enhancement, directing management to ensure customer service excellence, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA, with 8-10 years of management experience, particularly in the home improvement industry, and is adept in fiscal management, communication, and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Eight to ten years of related experience in managing a business, preferably in home improvement industry
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Proven experience in examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and create a marketing plan that aligns with company practice
- Ability to teach fiscal management
- Able to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects
- Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
