Job Summary
Regional Vice President, Canada to lead Equativ’s Canadian Demand Partnerships business. Drive revenue growth across agencies, brands, and programmatic buyers; build executive relationships; shape go-to-market strategy; lead and mentor the Canadian sales team; oversee the Canadian P&L; represent Equativ in the market and at industry events; collaborate cross-functionally on marketplace, curation, retail media, and data partnerships; cultivate senior relationships with HoldCos, agency partners, and brandDirect while expanding programmatic, DSP, SSP, data, audience, measurement, and retail media solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, programmatic media, or martech.
- Strong relationships across Canadian agency holding companies, independent agencies, and direct brands.
- Experience selling SSP, DSP, exchange, data, audience, measurement, retail media, or programmatic solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, CTV, video, native, identity, curation, and the evolving adtech ecosystem.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage senior decision makers.
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
