Job Summary
Lead and coach Branch Managers across regional branches; direct daily operations, member service systems, and budgeting with long-range planning; drive staff development, succession planning, and adherence to credit union policies and regulations. Requires 5+ years managing branch operations in financial services, bondable status, Notary Public and NMLS certifications, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. In-office schedule Mon-Fri 9:00–5:30 with 40+ hours as needed; located in Bellevue, WA (Region 3). Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing and/or directing branch operations in a financial institution or similar industry
- Multi-unit management experience or equivalent leadership, development, and training experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in management or business administration or related field preferred
- Must be bondable
- Notary Public and NMLS certifications are necessary and require US citizenship or permanent residency to be obtained per WA state law
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available
