Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operations for multiple markets encompassing the Lexington, Richmond, and Corbin areas, managing a span of control of approximately 750+ direct and indirect staff. Provide strategic and operational leadership supporting technical expertise to clinic operations, market growth including practice acquisitions, practice safety, quality, experience, and financial health. Develop, implement, and execute a cohesive operational infrastructure that provides an exceptional patient experience and service excellence for referring providers. Establish, administer, and achieve budget targets while driving physician engagement, service excellence, market growth, and overall strong financial results. Create a strong team-oriented culture committed to patient-centered customer service, personal accountability, and regulatory compliance. This role requires residency in the defined area with regular regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/MHA required
- Business related expertise may be substituted for advanced degree
- A minimum of 8 - 12 years increasingly responsible management experience in large physician organizations
- Healthcare experience must be in business line that delivers direct patient care and works directly with physicians
- Residency in the defined area
