Job Summary
Underwrite and manage an existing Real Estate portfolio; build trusted relationships with brokers and RDMs; support portfolio performance, retention and growth; assess risk and contribute to underwriting and trading decisions; develop knowledge of the London Real Estate market; flexible/hybrid working arrangement with time in the London office.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in underwriting commercial property or Real Estate risks
- Understanding of the London Real Estate broker market, or an interest in developing this
- Collaborative approach and enjoyment of working with others
- Confidence, or willingness to build confidence, in broker interactions
- An organised and thoughtful way of working
- An interest in developing professionally, including working towards CII qualifications
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Right to work in the UK
