Job Summary
Support broker development and regional trading activity across Yorkshire and the North East by building positive relationships with brokers and underwriting colleagues. Contribute to sustainable growth opportunities while gaining exposure to commercial insurance risks and broker interactions. Work closely with the regional leadership team to deliver excellent service and share knowledge within the underwriting function. This development pathway builds technical and commercial skills for progression toward a Development Underwriter role. The position offers 36.25 hours per week with flexible working patterns and hybrid options.
