Job Summary
Regional Tumor Lead Marketing Skin to drive regional brand strategy across international Oncology markets. Lead country insights collection and prioritization to inform global brand strategy, develop the regional tactical plan with budget alignment, facilitate regional tumor marketing meetings, review country brand plans, and collaborate with global/local teams on content needs and co-creation. Responsible for regional launch planning and optimization, guiding brand planning and execution across multiple markets, and ensuring alignment of local priorities with global strategic direction. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in biotech/pharma brand marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role; experience managing agencies and suppliers and a solid understanding of healthcare compliance across countries. Travel ~50% to support regional activities. Salary range shown in local currency; final offer determined by country, role level, and skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- at least 10 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing
- minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- experience managing agencies and suppliers
- proven understanding of healthcare compliance requirements across different countries
- strong planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills
- experience in oncology marketing and product launches is preferred
- willingness to travel regularly (approximately 50%)
