Job Summary
Regional Tumor Lead Marketing Skin serves as the bridge between global and local regional markets, guiding country insights to inform global brand strategy, developing regional tactical plans with budget alignment, facilitating regional tumor marketing meetings, reviewing country brand plans, and coordinating content needs and co-creation across markets. The role leads regional launch planning and optimization, collaborates with global and local teams on material development, drives execution against the regional plan, and travels to support cross-country activities. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a science field), 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical brand marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role, experience managing agencies/suppliers, strong healthcare-compliance understanding, and willingness to travel ~50% across geographies. On-site in Paris, France with potential global collaboration across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a science-related field)
- at least 10 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing
- minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- experience managing agencies and suppliers
- understanding of healthcare compliance requirements across different countries
