Job Summary
Regional Tumor Lead Marketing Skin develops and drives regional brand strategy and execution across markets. You will bridge global and local insights, manage regional tactical planning and budget alignment, facilitate regional tumor marketing meetings, review country brand plans, collaborate on content needs and co-creation, and drive regional launches and optimization. The role emphasizes leading insightful country input to inform global strategy, aligning local priorities with global direction, and leveraging performance data to improve execution. Requires leadership in multiple markets, strong planning, communication and presentation skills, experience with agencies and suppliers, oncology marketing/launch experience, and regular travel across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related field (preferred)
- 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical brand marketing
- 2+ years in leadership role
- experience managing agencies and suppliers
- understanding of healthcare compliance across countries
- willingness to travel ~50%
