Job Summary
Regional Tumor Lead Marketing Lung within Regeneron’s International Oncology regional team. Lead the regional tumor marketing efforts by bridging global strategy with local market realities, developing the regional tactical plan, coordinating country insights to inform global brand strategy, aligning local priorities with global direction, and driving execution across markets. Responsibilities include leading country insight collection, budget alignment, regional launch planning, cross-functional collaboration with global and local teams on content and material development, and facilitating regional marketing meetings to ensure execution against plan. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably in science), 10+ years in biotech/pharma brand marketing with at least 2 years in leadership, experience managing agencies/suppliers, robust understanding of healthcare compliance across countries, strong planning and communication skills, oncology marketing and product launch experience preferred, and willingness to travel ~50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a science-related field)
- at least 10 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing
- minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- experience managing agencies and suppliers
- understanding healthcare compliance requirements across different countries
- willingness to travel regularly (approximately 50%) to support regional activities and collaboration
