Job Summary
Regional Tumor Lead Marketing Lung who bridge global and local strategy within the International Oncology regional marketing team. Responsibilities include leading country insights collection and prioritization to inform global brand strategy, developing the regional tactical plan with budget alignment, facilitating regional tumor marketing meetings, reviewing country brand plans, collaborating with global and local teams on content needs and co-creation, driving regional launch planning and optimization, and ensuring alignment of local priorities with global direction. The role requires strong leadership, cross-country collaboration, skilled stakeholder management, and the ability to travel ~50% across geographies to support regional activities. A bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in biotech/pharmaceutical brand marketing, including leadership experience, are expected. On-site work in Paris, France is noted with global/regional coordination across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing agencies and suppliers
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements across countries
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 50%) to support regional activities
