Regional Treatment Center Coordinator

Job Summary
Facilitate MAP presentations and engage facility staff and participants through group activities and individual office hours to build strong relationships and demonstrate subject matter expertise. Collaborate with the Client Success Team to implement sustainable referral processes, evaluate program participation barriers, and integrate MAP services into aftercare plans. Act as the primary liaison between program participants and recovery support services while promoting the MAP brand as an ambassador at partnered facilities. Provide timely feedback on service failures and uphold all company policies, including HIPAA requirements and information security guidelines. Travel 100% regionally to execute strategic initiatives and maximize facility referral metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Naturally motivated to provide attentive and genuine service to our partnered facility staff and program participants
- Proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels within the partnered provider organizations
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability during operational shifts
- Ability to travel 100%, regionally, to partnered facilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset in matters of time management and prioritization of tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Moderate computer skills including experience working with Software, Internet, Instant Messaging, and Video conferencing
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and individual environment
- Meet MAP's Remote Worker Requirements & Expectations including a quiet designated office space with a locked door and access to high speed internet
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- Hold a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma, GED
- If in personal recovery, must have 3 years of sustained abstinence from drugs and alcohol
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years experience with Salesforce
- 1+ years experience with an Electronic Health Records database
- Minimum 1+ years experience in substance abuse/behavioral health or equivalent healthcare field
- Certified as Peer Recovery Support specialist
- Marketing/sales experience and/or background
