Job Summary
Regional Traveling Project Manager for electrical construction, based in Nashville, TN, responsible for the overall direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. Core duties include designing and facilitating full-scale project plans with timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets; coordinating scope and deliverables; prioritizing, delegating, risk assessment, and multi-tasking; ensuring project progress is measured and forecasted accurately; building and maintaining relationships with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and teammates; maintaining safety as a top priority; and leveraging Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office to support project execution. Requires proven experience leading multiple large projects, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, and willingness to travel regionally up to 80% of the time. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and effective communication to deliver successful outcomes for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in construction project management and a High School Diploma/GED - required.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 80% of the time.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management with experience with managing multiple large projects; electrical construction - strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite.
