Job Summary
Regional Travel Physical Therapist conducts patient evaluations, develops and supervises plans of care, and oversees LPTA after evaluation. Responsibilities include supervising PT staff, maintaining treatment documentation, coordinating with physicians and rehab team members, and traveling to assigned facilities (overnight stays may be required). Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with SNF experience preferred and a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- SNF experience preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License in the state of employment
