Job Summary
REGIONAL TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) provides evaluation and plan of care, supervises PTA/PT aides, maintains documentation, and coordinates with rehab team. Role involves traveling to assigned locations (may include overnight stays) and maintaining a productive workload, while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Duties include evaluating patients, establishing and supervising restorative/maintenance programs, updating weekly progress notes, communicating with physicians, and completing employee paperwork to corporate. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and likely SNF experience; valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- SNF experience preferred.
- Must have a high level of cognitive and perceptual skills.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License in the state of employment
