Job Summary
Develop training programs by conducting needs assessments, designing curricula, creating training materials, and establishing competency frameworks aligned to patient support operations. Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, field observations, and one-on-one coaching to ensure case managers and patient support specialists master program protocols. Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring knowledge retention, assessing skill application, and implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring training content reflects current HIPAA requirements and pharmaceutical guidelines. Collaborate with operations teams to identify performance gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate training logistics by scheduling sessions, arranging participant attendance, and tracking completion records. This 12-month contract role supports onboarding and development by designing new hire orientation programs and mentoring trainers across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, health sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in patient services, case management, pharmaceutical operations, healthcare services, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role or as a Field Case Manager within a patient support program
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (for nursing candidates)
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Case Management Administrator (ACM-SW) or equivalent certification
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Association for Talent Development (ATD), or equivalent certification
