Job Summary
Regional Training Lead oversees translating global enablement strategy into regional, Americas-focused training programs. Responsible for prioritizing regional training needs with sales leaders, sourcing and delivering face-to-face and virtual training, localizing content for market relevance, managing end-to-end program implementation (planning, logistics, scheduling, delivery), and tracking participation and completion. Partners with Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and functional leaders to ensure training aligns with business needs, coordinates with LMS and enablement platforms, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and measures training impact to drive field effectiveness. The role requires experience in sales enablement/training delivery, global exposure with regional responsibilities, and strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to execute programs at scale. Additional responsibilities include optimizing resource allocation, ensuring localization accuracy, and fostering continuous improvement in regional training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training delivery, or learning & development
- Strong experience with face-to-face (F2F) training coordination and facilitation
- Experience working in a global organization with regional responsibilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to execute programs at scale with high attention to detail
